About
A paint-your-own pottery studio at 2b Boroughgate in Otley, run by Laura Turner with Jade Brabiner as manager. Visitors choose from hundreds of blank ceramic pieces, paint them in the studio and leave them to be glazed and fired in the on-site kiln. Sessions start at £10 and there is no separate studio fee.
Alongside pottery painting it takes baby hand and foot imprints and 3D castings, pet paw prints, birthday parties and craft workshops, and it sells paint-at-home kits. It closes on Mondays and keeps Sundays for parties and private bookings. The studio describes itself as having more than ten years'' experience and reports winning the Otley Business Award three times. It was among the nominees for best place for children and young people at the 2024 Child Friendly Leeds Awards.
