Those are measured events, not people — one person can count more than once. They do not mean nine customers or four sales.

Is it really free?: Yes. Your page, the claim, the checks, your edits, your badge, your links and your everyday stats are all free, and always will be.
Can I pay to rank higher, or to be listed faster?: No. Money can’t buy a place in a list, the independence badge, vouches, a faster fix, a mention in an answer, or a quicker listing. There’s no paid fast lane.
Will you email me?: Only about your account, your enquiries, changes that affect you, and anything legal. Anything else only if you tick a box — and one click stops it.
Can I have my page taken down?: Yes. Ask, and we’ll remove it within 28 days — everywhere, including search and answers. You don’t have to claim it or say why.
