About
Paria is an independent cycling-apparel brand and café that opened its first physical shop on Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, in July 2023. Founder Sam Morgan ran Paria as an online-only cycling clothing label for several years before opening the 'cafe and general store', part-funded by an over-subscribed Seedrs crowdfunding round that raised more than £300,000.
The shop pairs a coffee counter with cycling kit, serving Hardlines coffee and pastries from in-house Not Bakery alongside Paria jerseys, caps and bags. It is dog- and pram-friendly with ramp access, and reviewers describe it as a relaxed spot for coffee, pastries and local cycling tips.
