About
Cinnammmm is an independent bakery-café on Harrogate Road in Chapel Allerton, specialising in American-style cinnamon bons. Founder Mina Kashmir began baking from home in July 2020 after being furloughed from her events-industry job, then spent five years running Cinnammmm as a home bakery and wholesale supplier to around a dozen independent Leeds cafés before opening this first permanent café in December 2025.
The menu centres on cinnamon bons in flavours such as vanilla cream cheese, Nutella, Biscoff, and caramel and pecan, alongside savoury versions, vegan options, cupcakes, brownies and coffee.
