O''Deli is a café and delicatessen at 4 New Market, Otley, part of the family-run O''Deli Group, which its own site says was started in 2015 by Tony and Kay. Kay has coeliac disease, and the kitchen is built around that: all the cakes are naturally gluten-free, soups, stews, quiches and Yorkshire pudding wraps are made gluten-free as standard, and bread and wraps come in both versions. Baking is done off-site at the group''s separate Bagels & Bakery on Market Street, which is entirely gluten-free, and non-gluten-free bread is toasted on a dedicated grill in the café to keep the two apart. The room is small — one table and five stools indoors, with six tables outside in good weather — and it opens Monday to Saturday. The same group runs O''Fresh greengrocers and the Otley Tap House.

A craft beer bar at 9 Orchard Gate in Otley, in premises previously occupied by Groove Pad & Vinyl. It opened on 3 November 2022 as a joint venture between the Curious Hop off-licence on New Market, since closed, and Major Tom''s Social of Harrogate. CAMRA''s survey records three handpumps of changing cask beer, mostly from northern brewers, and ten keg lines running to sours, double IPAs and stouts from British and European breweries, with gluten-free and vegan options among them. Bottles and cans are sold to drink in or take away, and growlers are filled. Food is limited to toasties and sausage rolls. There is a pavement seating area outside, an upstairs room with board games and a dartboard, step-free access and an accessible toilet.
