About
A boutique fitness studio at Phoenix House on Roman Terrace, off Street Lane in Roundhay. It was founded by Rachel Woolford and opened in 2020, and now has a second site in Harrogate. The timetable covers barre, indoor cycling, vinyasa yoga, HIIT and reformer pilates, with personal training, massage and holistic therapies alongside.
Attached to the studio is the Refuel Kitchen, a counter serving coffee, juices, smoothies and shakes; the premises are registered with the Food Standards Agency and hold a hygiene rating of 5. Woolford won BBC's The Apprentice in 2024, and the Yorkshire Evening Post reported that the resulting £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar is funding a dedicated reformer pilates studio in the commercial unit next door.
