A restaurant and bar in the former Guiseley Library on Otley Road, run by Sancerre (Yorkshire) Ltd, which was registered to the building in February 2023 with Klaudia Forward as director and majority shareholder. The library served the town from 1956 until it moved to Aireborough Leisure Centre in 2019. The Yorkshire Evening Post reported a £2 million conversion and an opening on 26 May 2023.
The kitchen serves contemporary European food built on British produce, including hand-stretched pizzas, tapas and Sunday lunch, with a wine, spirits and cocktail list; the name is taken from the French wine region known for Sauvignon Blanc. There are 90 covers inside and a 28-cover south-facing terrace. It opens Wednesday to Sunday.
