Companies House records Malcolm John Leary as holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights; a second person with significant control, Michael Lawrence Saynor, ceased in November 2021. The Yorkshire Post reported that the business traded on Butcher's Row in Leeds Kirkgate Market for around 30 years before leaving the market in 2022 over rents and running costs, and planned shops at Crossgates, Penny Hill in Hunslet and Bramley. The shopping centre lists the shop as opening 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
